Thanks for that scientific report. Here's another one from me:

Once upon a time some of the world's top Pool players went up against some of the world's top Snooker players and they played each other at the oppositions game. The pool players won overall. Conclusion is therefore that Pool players are more skillful and Pool is the more skillful game.

i'm pretty sure they're played about the same actually. CS requires more skill than CSS, that's a fact. they aren't completely different games either.

CSS is played at I-series. 1.6 isn't.

People I know in the competitive scene would argue differently. So would I, but hey, "it's a fact" apparently so I'll be leaving this debate now. You win!
 
CSS is obviously more commercial. I'd say 1.6 was the harder game mostly because I was not that great at it where as in CSS its not impossible for me to be the best on the server out of 40 people and I know Im not especially good so the game must be easier

I prefer CSS because they use FF more often, lag was always the main issue though. Only one or two servers sometimes work ok for me

The AWP on CSS is stupid, case closed. Even the AK is far easier I suspect hence its my most used weapon

This thread isn't actually about the 1.6 vs Source debate which seems to plague these forums. 1.6 elitists get all defensive about their game but just remember the 1.5 elitists hold 1.6 in bad esteem. It's pretty funny to read.

Some people enjoy CSS, it's a game. Games are meant to be fun and are often about luck as well as skill. Football, card games and computer games. People seem to moan if they aren't good at a particular game that it's the game's fault.

Maybe if you like it so much you could go chat about 1.6 in another thread, ready to play on a 1.6 server...
 
Iv'e just made a **** take frag video to rip on a friend that makes hundreds of crap MW2/3 ones. If you can get my views and ratings above his it would be greatly appreciated as it would annoy the crap out of him :p.
