counter strike: source settings

There has been issues recently with virgin media and particular servers (RTL Servers) where you would ping anything from 50 to 100, this seems to be fixed now, but occasionally i'm still getting huge spikes on all servers. Not sure what they are doing but probably over loading their network, as i always used to have perfect below 10 pings when it was NTL.

cl_cmdrate "100"
cl_interp "0.01"
cl_interpolate "1"
cl_lagcomp_errorcheck "0"
cl_updaterate "100"
rate "25000"
cl_smooth "0"
cl_forcepreload "1"

trust me

just done that mate what you put as config and its *****d my CS source up! GETTING LAG SPIKES NOW!!!!

if u did not made read only it did not save man so chill u were playing on your old config

or instead smooth "0" u did put 1 which makes your game very jerky

ps : u may also notice jerkiness cl_interpolate "0" but with "0" they glue the hitbox to the skin so u dont need to shoot in front of a player to hit his head.

how ever if u use "1" your game play might be smoother but the hitbox of a players are predicted and for so are behind or in front.

thats when u using cl_interpolate "1" ^

when u using cl_interpolate "0" the hitboxes are on the players skin so if u shoot him u will hit him. but it may cause less smooth game play how ever i did not notice any difference
