Counterstrike Source Help

Hi, i used to play source but sadly i got banned because my friend put cheats on my computer and played with them. Now i want to make a new steam account and start a fresh and buy source again.

Ive made the new account my only problem is on my new account its got counterstrike source there still but it says under the tab status "pre-load complete"

Is there anyway i can just delete it all and buy source again?
 
Pre-load just means you have the files on your computer, if you buy the game through steam now, you should be able to play.

What did you buy when you bought it on the new account? Just CS:S?

If you (your "friend";)) cheated, the cheats may still be on the system or in the Steam folder, so make sure they have all been cleared away before you start playing on secure VAC servers again.
 
GOD DAMNIT! I deleted counterstrike source but left steam folder on here. Im on 45% :mad::mad:
 
can anyone assure me im not going to be instantly banned again? even though i just bought it again.
 
LoL, you don't half talk ****. You just got a new PC by the sounds of things and you "used to" play CSS on this PC. By "used to" do you mean yesterday.

No, i used to play counterstrike source but got banned. I now want to buy it again as im getting bored of waiting for my new system to arrive to play some good games.
