Couple find £750k under their floor

No chance of this in my house. It was only built 8 years ago

30 years ago when I bought my first house , similar thing happened with my elderly next door neighbour who died - son found a share certificate going back to 1900 or something like that under a rug under his dad's bed. Was worth well over a million pounds. He gave up his job, became an alcoholic losing an eye in the process and was dead within 18 months.

I think I'd beat this and only last a year before being found laying on a pile of cash surrounded by empty whiskey bottles and suspicious looking empty bags....

I found two plates hidden away today if that counts? They had been sealed into the top of a kitchen cupboard. Picture a decorative front on the top, right and left side of the cupboard, that has ply nailed across the length of it. No idea why they left the plates inside the void.

I found a 100 year old illustrated Welsh language copy of The Pilgrim's Progress in the attic when I was doing my house.

Also a 1970s holiday brochure. Everyone was skinny in the 70s.

Our house is 1970 and we were redecorating the stairs. It was a really awkward part where you needed to back yourself on the stairs with a ladder so was pretty sketchy to do.

When we peeled back the paper it said. "Good luck to whoever is here next" with a pair of boobs drawn on the wall.
