Need to send my faulty corsairs psu to get a replacement so can anyone recommend a courier thats reliable and cheap?

Interparcel or parcel2go.

Use Interparcel and select the Interparcel Economy option. Every time I've used it, it has been UPS and the prices are very competitive.
