Hello all,

Just wondering is there anything i can buy to cover the behind of my desktop. You know those slots which you remove when adding gpu, wireless adpater for example. MY case isnt very expensive, i know you can take the slots out and put them back on with decent cases.

Thanks in advance.;)

Hmm, sellotape?

Go away. lol not being cheeky but the heat/dust will make it peel off overtime

@op if you still have the pieces of metal a simple solder should hold it.

If not you can buy mesh and put it across the inside, ensuring it does not contact the motherboard and use a pen to mark drill spots and drill small screw spots to hold it.

Almost all cases I've seen will let you put the blanking plates back into place at the back of the machine, usually just using a case screw to hold it in.

Otherwise what you want to look for are blanking plates, I suspect many people who have been self building for a while will have a bunch of them lying around :) (I binned a load last time I cleaned out my spares boxes).
