CPU and gpu usage seem low

Hi, during gaming ( Mainly fifa and fortnite) I’ve just realised that my gpu is running at 60% and cpu is 30%. Is this normal? I’ve had a look on google and it seems quite low. Or is it because they aren’t very demanding games. I’ve got a 1660ti and 3950xt. Mobo is Asus 450b, could it be that I need to upgrade my mobo? As I’ve got a 3080 on pre order also which fingers crossed will arrive soon. Thanks for reading.

whats your graphics settings and resolution?

1080p all low settings

That's a powerful cpu it won't break a sweat at those settings.

Up the detail on the graphics and you gpu will start to be pushed.

I thought so but wasn’t sure. cheers. Also I have 32gb of 3000mhz ddr4, is this worth upgrading to 3200 or 3600? Or will I not tell the difference and not be worth the expense? Cheers

Not worth it just try and get your ram to 3200mhz if you want , dram calculator is a good software to try.

Have you set the xmp profile in the bios ?
