CPU bottleneck

Selling my mate 2 780ti's and he has a AMD FX-8 8350 @ 4.4ghz with 16gb 1600mz ram. Will it be ok or is he urinating in the wind a bit with this setup?

Also, what PSU would he need with those 2 cards, that CPU/MEM, 3tb drive, 2 x 250gb SSD.

I had a pair of 290Xs with an [email protected]. Worked really well.

Only upgraded to a 4970k because of GTAV, which is quite heavy on the CPU. Everything else was fine.
