cpu bought help

Unfortunately spending £2k+ on a system does not mean its not going to have problems though its clear that you wanted a X3D cpu so buy the X3D you want and test it out for yourself and if everything is ok then ignore what you saw online and enjoy.

An example is I can google ecore stuttering and find all kinds of people having issues though using Windows 10 I've never had to disable them to resolve a stuttering problem its always something else thats causing it.

Yeah i don't really want to spend loads of money and it not work, i dont have the money to replace it if it all goes wrong and dont really want to spend weeks or months trying to fix it or maybe not fix it, i just dont know but decision is not going well at the moment.

some people say that the 9800x3d would be wasted with a 9070xt but i dont know, i just want to game at 1440p at high settings and multitask with various browsers and programs open but just want a simple life but it never seems to happen.

It entirely depends on the games that you play, it's the same argument with people claiming 4K is entirely GPU dependent.

It's technically true, but you still need a sufficient enough CPU to feed whatever graphics card you have, and some games are heavily CPU dependent regardless of resolution or GPU. Blanket statements are the plague of the internet when it comes to a lot of topics, but when people are trying to figure out where and how to spend their hard earned cash with PC tech it honestly becomes tiresome.

A little knowledge can be more harmful/confusing than no knowledge at all, and in the digital era everyone has an opinion.
