CPU cooler decision!?

Bequiet fans are good quality and quiet.

Check the cooler fits inside your case and you can get the side panel on, you have low profile RAM so thats good.

bad choice.

with these coolers, where heatsinks are almost identical, it's all about the fan. and the one on CM 212 is...subpar.

something like Scythe Kotetsu would be a better choice.

The Evo 212 good cooler & for its age 3 or 4 years old now & not for overclocking on the i7 4790k & this cooler is now low end of the range of coolers /4 heat pipes each side, i used this in my
Raijintek Metis case build in the project log section of the forum , tested it on 2 games ..

i7 4790k CPU at stock 4.0Ghz -Turbo 4.4Ghz temperatures in modded Raijintek Metis case
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler using only the 1 original CM fan
Desktop idle temperature: 30/34C
Gaming /underload Max temperature :
Middle-earth Shadow of Mordor Game graphics setting on max 1920 x 1080p Max Temp 51/60c
Risen 2 - Dark Waters Game graphics settings on max 1920 x 1080p Max Temp 49/57c

Over the Moon with them Temps using the Hyper 212 EVO in this modded Metis Case,
adding another fan will lower the temps even more if needed & for a cooler under £25 is a good price

more future proof will be something like Phanteks PH-TC14S 140mm CPU Cooler
under £40 ,review here http://www.thinkcomputers.org/phanteks-ph-tc14s-cpu-cooler-review/4/
6 heat pipes each side & dont take that much room classed as med to high end range
