The Evo 212 good cooler & for its age 3 or 4 years old now & not for overclocking on the i7 4790k & this cooler is now low end of the range of coolers /4 heat pipes each side, i used this in my
Raijintek Metis case build in the project log section of the forum , tested it on 2 games ..

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler using only the 1 original CM fan
Desktop idle temperature: 30/34C
Gaming /underload Max temperature :
Middle-earth Shadow of Mordor Game graphics setting on max 1920 x 1080p Max Temp 51/60c
Risen 2 - Dark Waters Game graphics settings on max 1920 x 1080p Max Temp 49/57c
Over the Moon with them Temps using the Hyper 212 EVO in this modded Metis Case,
adding another fan will lower the temps even more if needed & for a cooler under £25 is a good price
