Depends how much room/clearance you have but Noctua NH-C14 is an option.

I like noctuas stuff because of how easy they are to mount, if you can get that for a decent price it would make a great cooler.
If you want to save cash because that L12 is around £50 which is a bit much IMO maybe consider the stock intel cooler, despite its horrible reputation its a good cooling solution at stock. Easy to install, reasonably quiet too dependent on the motherboards fan control aggressiveness.
