CPU cooler installation help

I have just fitted my new cooler below on to my 4670k in a mini itx gaming pc

I have followed the instruction to the letter and done everything up nice a tight however I can still move it around slightly. Is this normal/how snug should it be?

Probably not. Coolers should always be tight against the chip.

I had a few coolers which moved around slightly which where fine. If your temperature seem ok idle/load then it should be fine and nothing to worry about

If a cooler is not installed correctly the temperatures will shoot up quickly and be high at idle.

It idles at around 38c. Is that about right?
