CPU Cooling

I was wanting to upgrade my cooling for my CPU so that in the future i will be able to overclock my CPU without the hassle of overheating etc. Can anyone advise me on a high performance fan. I am not to bothered about noise levels just as long as it is not deafening . The CPU i have got is an AMD X2 3800+ (939).
