CPU delayed, use current?

I've built my new rig however my CPU (Q9650) got lost by the courier and the supplier is sending another, but I kind of need my new rig up and running today as i've got some stuff to get out. I have a spare E2200 (Dual Core 2.2GHz) so my question is:

Would you build a rig with Vista 64Bit on the E2200 and then just swap the CPU for the Q9650 when it arrives, and hopefully notice a huge performance boost, or would you wait for the CPU to arrive and then install Vista (really dont think i can), or would you install vista on the E2200, use it for whatever i need to for a few days, then reinstall when the Q9650 turns up?

Your thoughts?

Couldnt you get a refund for the cpu and go get one from a shop, Think thats what I would do. im too impatient to wait

Just use the old CPU to get your PC all set up then slam in the new one when it arrives. Job done.
