cpu error

alright guys, i'm in a bit of a bad mood today. my freezer 7 pro rev2 just arrived and lets just say i'm a little unhappy with its condition.
Anyway iv got it installed, went well, but i'm getting CPU error in the bios, and the fan isn't spinning. It tries for a second then stops.

Its either broken or i need to change some settings, I hope its the latter.
Here's a pic of the bios, is this normal ?

wow forget it, I got it working by taking the fan off the heat sink and sliding it out of its cage. It felt like it came out to easy, when I pushed it back in I felt a click.
Royal mail must off had game of pass the parcel because the packaging was screwed.

Some of the 7 pro fans were like that, you had to push the fan to "click" it in place to get it working.
