I have just finished building my system. Everything seems to be working OK except that there is a CPU error displayed in the BIOS. When looking in the UEFI screen the CPU fan is highlighted in red and it says it is spinning at 400RPM roughly. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Thank you for any help :).

Its just because you have it set in the BIOS to alarm you when the fan spins below a
certain amount, you just need to change the fan speed in the BIOS and then that will go
away, or you can just activate the auto speed fan thing.

I would still change the minimum fan speed warning though.

Just one things you have made sure you have the CPU fan plugged into the CPU_Fan
header on the montherboard didn't you otherwise this will give you problems as well.
