CPU Fans stopped working after swapping GPU Gigabyte Z590 Vision D

Strange one this - when I remove and swap (or just reseat) my GPU - all fans stop working on next reboot - CPU and case fans - I have to load optimised settings in the BIOS and then reload my saved setting - then it works ok again.... Not a show stopper - but I am a little concerned that this is a sign that not all is right with my MB. I have tried changing bios version - all to no avail...

How often do you remove your graphics card? Wouldn't worry about it myself.

Thanks for your reply - I’m not overly concerned - just hope that it’s not an indication of future problems… and wondered whether anyone else had experienced such a problem…

Can't say I've ever had that before. Are you on the latest bios, might be a bug they've fixed in a update.

I have updated my bios - also dropped a webnote across to Gigabyte - not expecting much, but thought it worth a try…. Tis a weird one
