Don't really want to buy second hand. Besides i prefer the upgradebility of Stulid's spec.
This may be a bit of a dumb question, but do the Intel I3 processors come with a stock fan? I can't see one in the product description.

Yes, all the i3 CPUs available are "retail" versions - so they come in an intel box with an intel s1155 heatsink+fan, manual, sticker and CPU.
