CPU for Tribes Ascend

Hi!
I would like to have always above 60fps, at least at 720p/low settings.
My FOV (field of view) is 110 and when I see a lot of things in my screen my current cpu (g840) drops the fps at 50 or 40 with my gpu working only at 70%...
So, is an i3 enough or I need an i5?

cpu: Pentium G840 (2x2.80GHz)
ram: 4gb 1333MHz ddr3
gpu: HD 6670

my goal is 720p(ideally 1080p)/low settings without fps drops under 60fps

i3-3220 or i5-3330?

Personally i would go for an i5 .

I agree. I couldn't find any other benchmark of the game but it seems that 4 cores have a serious advantage. And if i want to stay with intel, i should go for an i5...
