CPU frequency Change?

is this a new feature of CPUZ to update the frequency every few seconds? Is this normal for the frequency to change? i'm sure a year ago the frequency was constant.

i haven't got turbo or stepspeed or EUP(asus energy saving feature) active.

It probably does smple the clock periodically and with a high multiplier the scale is magnified. your .15Hz variation is only 0.007Hz on the bclk which is believable.
 
nvm, i'm wrong


been so long since i did any overclocking analysis, i can't remember if it is exspected for a constant frequency or not.
