CPU Input Voltage - Asus Z87 Board

What does this mean guys? I was suggested it should be between about 1.7v and 1.9v on a 4770k. However I really should know what it means. Also does it have any effect on chip temp?

I cant get my 4770k to go below 74C on full load even with the V core down to 1.24V, just stays same temp 1.26v or 1.24 voltage, is this due to this CPU input Voltage?

How high would you say is the max I should go to CPU Input Voltage wise?
After all my problems my 4770k is stable at 4.2 Ghz at 1.25V V core and 1.7V CPU Input voltage! Rather Happy!

4.3 ghz at 1.24V been stable for a couple of hours! Getting there. Down to 1.7V on the CPU input too

0x0000009c is my Bsod code. So VVT or QPI according to the bsod list of codes.

Where is VVT or QPI on our Asus Z87 board Pasty?

They have a max of 0.99V tho?

CPU Analogue Voltage offset?
CPU Digital Voltage offset?
