CPU/Mobo/RAM £250

Looking for the best value CPU/Mobo/RAM combo up to £250. Will be using it with a Radeon 4770 and 400w Corsair CX400 PSU.

Came up with the following :-

AMD Phenom II X2 Dual Core 550 3.10GHz Black Edition (Socket AM3) £77.99
Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P AMD 770 (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 £76.99
Patriot Viper 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-10666 1333MHz Dual Channel £68.99

Total (inc Delivery) : £234.90

Can anyone see any defects in the spec or suggest any improvements.:)

I was toying with the idea of replacing the CPU with a Tri Core 720 at £20 more - not sure if it is worth the extra?
