Yh I realise that but they charge you more just for putting it together when I can do that myself I just want an asus mb 8gb ram and chip what's the best for £170

For the budget, AMD is likely your best bet(and will fit the budget easier).

I've been on Intel for several years now myself, not really in the loop with regard to AMD CPUs. I'm sure one of the regulars can spec you something up, but if you're in a hurry, just give OCUK a call, i'm sure one of the staff can advise you(tell him/her your budget and what you're after).
