The Q9550 is currently not being used, so I am going to sell it on, it works perfectly and overclocks well, I am just looking to bring my current gaming rig up to speed.

You strike me as beyond moronic just for that post alone.
If said gamer doesn't overclock what's the point in K +P67?Show me the statistics stating that every gamer overclocks.
Ah the old feign ignorance. Didn't you think that seeing as he's asking for pretty much a new system a cooler -might just- be needed?
Do yourself a favour, put the shovel down, and grow up.
Honestly from looking at it....i probably should increase my budget a little. Its not a big deal, its just something i'll have to work out. Thankfully I'll be selling up my Q9550 around about the same time so that could pay for a good cooler. And yes I overclock, I really would not except anything other than a K model
...I should have said that, sorry guyz and galz
Look i'm here to help people, not to engage clowns like you, just look at my post history. I will not let factually poor advice go without comment regardless of who it is commenting.
Your continued statements make it worse, for you, as anyone informed will tell.

350 basically or close enough. That sounds like a good solid setup, so I have decided to make this my final build, thanks to everyone who helped me decide today on what to get.![]()
