CPU Multiplier with G33M-S

Hi

I want to lower the multiplier on my E2200 cpu to 8x so i can run it at 3.2GHZ and have a 1:1 ratio with my ram (which is OCZ pc6400).

My motherboard is a Foxconn G33M-S and i can't find the option to so could someone tell me if it is there?

Have you updated the BIOS to the patest version?
