CPU Not Workable Message Press F1 To Continue

Hi Guys

System is
Q6600
4GB Memory DDRII 800mhz
SATA HDD
Abit IP35 Motherboard and has recently been shutting down when in windows and coming up with this message.

Any ideas.

afaik no one has messed with bios settings and has only recently started happening.

Check the BIOS battery, also try clearing the CMOS and see if it helps.
