CPU Overactive XP-Pro

OK, Just turned my computer on. Noticed the mouse was running sluggish checked in task bar CPU is doing 25% work however the program list dosnt show anything using that much.

Im going to reboot see if that sorts it. However if not does anyone have any ideas?
