When i turn the computer on it doesnt boot or beep. I took the hsf off and the cpu was stuck on it 
the fan does spin on the cpu cooler (the thermal compound was all dry) so the only thing i can think of is the cpu !! any advice would be great.
specs :
350 watt psu
celeron D 478 (not sure what speed it is)
256mb ram
