Cpu running hot.

I have a C2 6300 and at idle core temp is showing 57/58c when using a AC Freezer 7 pro that i know is fitted correctly because it has been reseated several times. Although my system seems stable and the cpu has been lapped i know these temps are high....would it be worth removing and redoing the heatspreader or will it just be too much hassle.

E6300-Thermal Specification: 61.4°C limit, so your idle temp of 57/58°C is rather high. Are you overclocked, check your VID Voltage Range: 0.85V – 1.5V do not exceed 1.5v.
 
Then something is very wrong! Check the BIOS settings anyway, maybe set them manually to make sure they're right. It might be worth checking the temp. using a thermal probe or infra-red thermometer as the sensor may simply be screwed, but if the chip is running that hot then there is a problem somewhere.
