CPU Spped test

Hi
Can anyone advise of the best way of testing your CPU speed? I bought a system with Intel i7-3930K @ 3.20 guaranteed at a rate of 4.20, Benchmark CPU flagged the speed at 3200.

What is the best way to find the speed?

Also the windows experience score came in at 7.8 with the only mark down being the calculations score.

^CPUz will tell you the Ghz you're running at.

So does this mean it has not been clocked to 4.20?

What does CPU-Z say under Clocks > Core Speed? Check it under load.

Grab prime95 here - ftp://mersenne.org/gimps/p64v273.zip

Run it small FFTs max threads, then re-open CPUz.

If it's been set to 4.2 turbo it'll go up to that in the Core speed.
