Just get the new SpeedFan, I was using the Beta version when I first got Vista but they have released an official 64bit edition.

nice program (Y) i know it's only text, but it's only good on the g15 imo the sidebar is boring lol

There is a gadget which shows cpu temp, but you need another program installed too. I'm at work atm, so I couldn't check on their names. But i'll post the info this evening.
I stopped using it as it is too big for the gadget bar (about twice as wide) and this annoyed me.

i dunno why but i think speedfan is crap, all i get is temp1 temp2 and i have to figure out whats what. everest works great on vista for cpu,mobo,gpu temps but since installing 8800GTS i dont get GPU temp due to driver thing.
