CPU temp monitoring software

Nowadays, what is the best software for monitoring things like cpu temperature (With graphs etc.).

I set up Msi afterburner to show my CPU and GPU temp on the task bar.

I am looking for something that is not tied to a motherboard manufacturer. Two of the systems I want to monitor are Jetway motherboards and they don't have any software for monitoring. Linus Tech seem to use some nice software, but have no idea what it is.

you can run Msi afterburner on any hardware it doesnt need to be used on Msi hardware.
