CPU temp software?

Hi, I got a DELL Dimension 3100 and I'm curious what temps my CPU is at but it dosen't tell you in the BIOS. I've tried using core temp, something or other temp. and a few others but they all say your CPU is not supported will not continue even though they say on the website my Pentium 4 HT is supported could this be summit to do with DELL they don't want you to know as it is not in the BIOS, but why? Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks.
