I am running my core i7920 OC'd 3.2GHz.
12 GB RAM 1600MHz.
I have run intel BT on maximum at 160 threads and I am gettings max temps of 70C.
I am using a watercooling with a 240mm RAD with 2 noctua P12 fans.
AC5 TIM using a swiftech apogee GTZ CPU block.
Are these temps ok?

Laughing my A** off,

retake the test, with a minimum of 8 threads or a maximum of 16 threads.

then report back ;)

EDIT: i have come to the conclusion that you did a typo lol, btw 70c is perfectly fine on a I7 though if your at 3.2 then i would look at your watercooling system as its borderlineing on pritty crud heh

I don't know why the cooling system is not performing well.
All the parts are good enough and the flow of water is correct.
My motherboard is reporting temps of 45C.
I don't know where I am going wrong with my watercooling?

how much thermal paste did you use?

what is your voltage set at?

those temps are very high for w/c at 3.2GHz.

Voltage is set to 1.2v and TIM is arctic silver silver 5 applied using the condom method.I think my problem is that the pump is not fast enough and is struggling to push the water around.
What should my temps be with watercooling?

What temps should I be getting at idle and IBT maximum with my corei7 920 OC'd 3.2GHz using watercooling?
I might sell the WC kit and go air cooled to be honest.

My C0 920 runs at 3.6ghz at default voltage.

At load during gaming I get between 50 - 55c on the CPU and 40 - 50c on the GPU's.

Running prime95 (not the crappy "non" intel burn in test) I hit around 62c max.
