Which temps are correct for CPU, the ones under CPU Core or the ones under the actual Intel i7-3770, its kind of misleading.

I worry about the ones at the top saying 122c, are these stats normal looking stats or should i be worried?

I'm petty sure hardware monitor is playing up, Its not the most reliably temperature monitoring software.

I recently installed it on my dad's PC, and it was reading over 100° on the motherboard temp sensor; which was not accurate.

The ones under i7-3770, core#1/#2/#3/#4 are the correct ones. I don't like HWmonitor personally as it can give false readings. Download core temp or real temp for cpu temps.

Have you checked what motherboard version you are on, check if there are any complaints on a default V-Core being set to high on old BIOS versions, Then try updating BIOS and seeing if that helps. This helped me from my temps going from 100c to 64 at stress test
