Well what kind of budget do you have? I think that i7 2700k is already very good (if you are talking about the system in your signature.) You won't get much of a performance boost from upgrading to a 4770k or something like that.

Keep you 2700K and instead save up the money to upgrade to the next gen 20nm graphic card when they are out 
Gaming performance wise, your GTX680 need to be upgrade as a higher priority than your CPU.

I would keep CPU. Upgrade GPU if you're really itching to upgrade.
