Hi guys, I am planning on ordering this CPU

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-253-AM&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=1328

in a few hours to replace my 6000+X2, it will be going in an Asus M3N72-T Deluxe, does anyone know if it is 125w or 140w, I think the mb supports both since I flashed the bios to 1102 but I would like to know, also is there anything else I should be aware of or do before I swap them over, should I load bios defaults first ? and what is the heat sink and fan like ? the one that came with my 6000+ is quite a good one with heat pipes, is the Phenom HSF better ?

Thanks for replying, I have ordered after doing a bit more research, according to the model number of the cpu it is the 125w version so that is good and I have already flashed to the 1102 bios so I am waiting to pop it in and get going, some time soon I will buy a new HSF, my friend bought an i5 bundle from oc and it came with the watercooled all in one HS, I cant remember the name now but I quite fancy one of them.
