Well as I only use my PC for gaming and browsing maybe no point in upgrading.
If I did it would be a 5600x or a 3800x or even a 3900x

I have the tomahawk max and an RTX3080, I went from a 3600 to a 5800X and while it's nice CPU in terms of price / performance it was totally not worth it.

I would only update the BIOS, keep your CPU, and if it ever bottleneck your system, get the fastest 5 series cheaper when new AM5 arrives.

I have an R5 3600 (non x) with an RTX 2080 Super and it's more than fine. I would see some FPS increase with a 5600x maybe about 5-10 FPS at the most because I play at 1440p which at this resolution is mostly GPU dependent. Keep your CPU.
