CPU voltage and PCI-E question

Guys, is it possible that having more things plugged into the PCI-e slots would require me to raise my cpu voltage?

I recently added a revodrive3 x2 to my setup, and now I occasionally get 101 BSOD, it was rock solid beforehand.

Are the 2 related?

I think the BCLK straps affect the PCI-E clocks too, so it might be something to do with that.
