Just noticed on mine its spiking up to 2.868 when gaming im sure I read it shouldn't go about 1.2 ????????

Its set to auto not sure why its spiking so high it normal hovers around 1.044 pc is only a few days old so just trying to get my head round it all.

2x4gig stick. The cpu VTT sits at around 1.044 most the time from what I can see, But ive been testing HW running in the background while I had a game last night when i finshed I was surprised to see that figure.

Just going to post a screen shot now ill add it to the OP. My TMPIN1 seems very high to from what i can understand that sensor is the motherboard sensor. Is it getting a false reading ? I have very good case cooling. It should be no where near that after a few hours gaming with a low OC for now.

could be a false reading, look in easytune/tuner/advanced/voltage and see what the target is for cpu/vtt

that's usually right

Is there anything else that reads that sensor ? I'd like to make sure as I no above 1.2 can really limit the life of the chip. Anything I can record the sensor with to see if its a spike as I think. Or if its climbing to that at random points.

The OCD is kicking in lol :(

try aida64 trial version

I havn't seen any threads on cpu/vtt overvoltage beforeso im guessing its fine

@wazza300 did further testing mate weekend, its not a false, sensor my cpu VTT is spiking to dangerous volts. Did 2x 3 hour gaming sessions with monitoring tools in bg running. With load line calibration disabled the cpu Vtt stays where it should.

Going to re-enable load line tomorrow and test with it back on after work. But with it off it seems to stop the spike.
