Would a full nickel cpu block be far better than a nickel and Plexi, I'm think by not much.

No practical difference.

I prefer plexi so I can see inside

yes full nickel is better but it's minor

Not looked with the most recent block but when I did look last a full nickel EK Supremacy block was 1-2 degrees cooler. So i guess to depends on how much you value a degree or two. Nickel looks much nicer than plexi though imo.
