CPU Which better?

Two laptops ram/cpu different all other specs same, which would be better?

Intel Pentium Dual Core P6200 (2.13GHz, 3M Cache), 4gb ram - £230

Intel Core i3-380M [1st gen] (2.53Ghz,3M,Dual Core), 2gb ram - £260

Basically is the i3 with less ram worth the £30?

Might go i3 and up ram later on then

Though anything will be better than the aging 1.6m celeron 1gb ram lol
