CPU Which better?

Two laptops ram/cpu different all other specs same, which would be better?

Intel Pentium Dual Core P6200 (2.13GHz, 3M Cache), 4gb ram - £230

Intel Core i3-380M [1st gen] (2.53Ghz,3M,Dual Core), 2gb ram - £260

Basically is the i3 with less ram worth the £30?

The P6200 is a sandy bridge dual core - so I would be tempted to go for that one (as it is generally fast enough while running cool and drawing little power - which is great for a mobile system).

As for the RAM, DDR3 RAM (which both laptops will use) is super cheap (~£5 per GB) - so just can just add change out the RAM for a higher capacity kit for not much money (also with warranty most laptop makers allow you to change the RAM without affecting the warranty).
