cpu with integrated graphics advice

Hello, I'm looking to upgrade my parents pc and wanting a cheaper cpu with integrated graphics.

They don't really do anything cpu intensive just regular old people internet browsing and youtube so need something that can hw decode vp9 and hevc.

I'd like it to last a few years without upgrading so preferably no celerons or athlons.
Ryzen 3200g is always out of stock and looking at intel the only one I can see that is sort of available is the i3 10105 but costs almost twice the price of the 10105F. Why is the non F version so much more expensive? Are there any other options available for what I need?

i3s with graphics have had supply problems and a premium for awhile now, unfortunately. You might be better off with a 4350G or i3-9100 pre-build, if you can find a good deal. The amount of RAM is probably more important than the CPU in terms of future proofing for such basic stuff, so I wouldn't be bothered about getting e.g. a Pentium G6500, which don't seem to have the same availability issues.

Any low power CPU with integrated graphics is in incredibly high demand because of COVID.

I large firm I know are buying AM4 A-10 chips by the boat load for office machines.

I think HP are doing pre builds with a 5300G for about 600 notes. That would last "old people" use for donkey's years. Might be cheaper if there's an option to not have a dGPU.

Does it have to be new? If not I'd suggest something along the lines of a Dell Optiplex micro system - they're available at various price points from £60-£200 depending on age and spec...Can even get new ones with a 9th Gen CPU for around £350! (or i7 models with 16GB RAM for a bit more)

My parents have 2 of them (4th/5th gen i5 with 8GB) and they're more than adequate for general desktop use.

edit: all this is assuming you are looking at a whole new system and not a drop in upgrade!

Thank you everyone for the replies. I'm only looking to buy a CPU, motherboard and ram as the other components they have are still fairly decent and can be reused.
I'd prefer new stuff for full warranty but looking at the availability it may be difficult finding something that's actually in stock. I don't mind buying a used CPU and RAM as they very rarely go wrong but I definitely want a new motherboard and it should have wifi but a USB wifi stick is also fine if it saves some money.
What would you guys recommend? Let's say with a £200 budget.

@LukasBB - found a competitor has a bundle showing in stock (albeit low stock!) for £250 with a 3200g + 16GB RAM and a320 mobo (all new)

Unfortunately due to forum rules I'm not allowed to tell you where but I don't think you'll do any better than that in the current market

I remember seeing a similar set up with a 3400g for £305.00 just recently the better option 3400G.
