CPU-z Memory speed

Just overclocked my CPU to 3.0GHz., and was looking at my memory in CPU-z and it says the dram frequency is 450Mhz. Does this mean the memory is at 900Mhz? Its at 1.8volts and this is the memory:

Yip 450mhz in CPU-Z is 900mhz in reality.
