CPU-Z strange reading + ATI 4870 Low Core Help Plz...

Hi everyone,

Got everything running, couple of issues though.

CPU - Z Shows my speed as 200 x 14 = 2800mhz
Then it flashes to 200 x 4 = 800mhz

It just keeps flashing between the two? Have I got some sort of powersaving enabled? Im running Win 7 with AM3 720 x3, + Asus 770 Pro.

Also My ATI 4870 shows Current Values 500mhz core, I change it in CCC and rivatuner and it still stays at 500mhz???

Both are power saving options which automatically reduce the clock speeds of each device to save power/prelong life/save energy when not required to run at full speed.

As soon as you do anything which requires the processing power, they'll automatically go to full speed.
