Would I run into bottleneck if I was two run SLI gtx 770 one an I5 3570k OC'ed to 4.5ghz ?

Depends on the games, generally no, but then there is situations where you can (Like one map in BF3)
I play mostly FPS and since my gfx card is a old 560 ti 1gb I want to get an upgrade that will see me playing things like the new COD and BF4 and such confortably I did look into the cf 7970's but there is a lot of chat saying CF isn't as good as SLI.

Crossfire has some latency issues, although it's a bit overplayed and it's getting fixed in th next 7 days apparently.

Some games are only single-threaded or otherwise CPU-limited. Games like Skyrim and Torchlight II could be bottlenecked, though of course neither will fall below 60.
