I would yeah
Had micro cracks in acrylic before
They leaked eventually
But then I have 3 or 4 spares
In my cupboard
And quick disconnects
So swapping cpu blocks wouldn't
Require draining down to do it

It could stay like that for years
With no problem
Or leak tomorrow
Just not worth the risk though

Next time don't over-tighten the gland nut

I do hate perspex and it does crack for little or no reason at all, especially when drilled/machined (or when you use solvent glue, or look at it sideways...). A bit of heat on cut edges will help seal any micro cracks but watch it doesn't warp/bend
