Cracked screen :(

Hi people.. just cracked the screen on my k750i at work

..

im with o2 and have the insurance.. im only a few months into my contract also..

so whats the next step? call o2? goto the shop?

whats best to do?

i wants me phone back lol

Well posting on this forum wasn't the quickest option.

A quick call to CS and you'd know the score.

Quick call? lol i was on the phone for over an hr!! for some reason my insurance was stopped when i upgraded.. 4 months ago!! i didnt ask for that and even asked if my insurance was all fine at the time lol.. but anyway.. paying £25 they have let me claim it on insurance. then the £25 excess and there we go.. new phone comes monday...

nightmare really lol.
